Helder Fráguas is a lawyer, practicing in Portugal.

He graduated in Law from Lisbon University in 1990. Formerly, Helder Fráguas was a notary, university lecturer, trainer at the Bar Association, judge and a member of the Board of Judicial Studies Center, where future judges get their training.
